Eunice Peters, the third cousin twice-removed on the father's side of Nigel Horne, was born in Barkers Point, York, New Brunswick, Canada on Sep 10, 18971,2,3.

Throughout her life, Eunice lived in several places: in New Brunswick, Canada in 19015; in York, New Brunswick in 19111; in Douglas, York, New Brunswick on Jun 1, 19212; and in York, New Brunswick in 19454 (the same place as her mother had been living in 1911). In 1927 she traveled from Hong Kong, China to Victoria, British Columbia, Canada, arriving 27 Mar.

She died on Feb 5, 1991 in Fredericton, York, New Brunswick.
