Phyllis Peters, the fourth cousin once-removed on the father's side of Nigel Horne, was born in Nashwaak, New Brunswick, Canada on Sep 22, 19181,2,3,4. She married Russell Huestis in Fredericton, York, New Brunswick, Canada on Aug 1, 1945.

Throughout her life, she lived on Brackley Point Road, Queens, Prince Edward Island, Canada on Jun 1, 19211; and at 182 George Street, Fredericton, New Brunswick in 1940 and in 1945 (the same place as her mother had been living in 1943). She arrived in Westby, Montana, USA on Jun 27, 1928.

She died on Jun 30, 1972 in New Brunswick2,4 and was buried at Gosline Cemetery, Studholm, Kings, New Brunswick after Jun 30, 19722,4.
