Elizabeth Fuller, the second cousin once-removed on the father's side of Nigel Horne, was born in Ramsgate, Kent, England on Apr 11, 19071, was baptized there at St Luke's Church on Jun 12, 1907 and married Edwin Carter (with whom she had 3 children: Beverley Joyce, Carrollynn Winona and Kaye, along with 1 surviving child) in Toronto, Ontario, Canada on Oct 15, 1927.

Throughout her life, Elizabeth lived in several places: at her birthplace on Apr 2, 19112; on Central Road in Ramsgate on Jun 19, 19213; and on 3 Central Road in Ramsgate in 1925 (the same place as her parents had been living on Jun 19, 1921). In 1925 she traveled from Liverpool, Merseyside, England (cunard ship RMS Aurania) to Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada, departing on 21 Mar, arriving on 29 Mar.

She died on Apr 27, 1960 in Toronto and was buried there at Park Lawn Cemetery on Apr 29, 1960.
