Charles Fuller, the second cousin once-removed on the father's side of Nigel Horne, was born in Ramsgate, Kent, England on Jan 7, 19051,2,3 and baptized there at St Luke's Church on Feb 1, 1905. He married Marie Walker in Thanet, Kent, England around Nov 19244. Like his father, he was a general laborer.

Charles spent all of his life in Kent, England.
