Ann Cooper, the 3 times great-grandmother of Nigel Horne, was born in Kent, England c. 1780 and married Zechariah Lawrence (a laborer with whom she had 7 children: John, Stephen, Thomas, Edward, Henry, Ezekiel and William) at St. Clements Church, Sandwich, Kent on Dec 18, 18071. In 1807, she lived in Sandwich, Kent.

She died in 1833 and was buried on Jul 29, 1833.
