Cyril Barton, the first cousin once-removed on the father's side of Nigel Horne, was born in Blean, Kent, England on Sep 6, 19141,2,3,4,5 along with his twin brother Cecil John. He married Joyce Thomas at Cavendish Baptist Church, Cavendish Street, Ramsgate, Kent, England on Jun 26, 19377.

Cyril spent all of his life in Kent, England.
