Albert Peters, the third cousin twice-removed on the father's side of Nigel Horne, was born in New Brunswick, Canada on Nov 4, 18651,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9 and married Mary Hogan (with whom he had 2 children: Albert Ernest and Margaret Celena, along with 1 surviving child) in New Westminster, British Columbia, Canada on Sep 12, 189610.

Throughout his life, Albert lived in several places: in Richibucto, Kent, New Brunswick in 18711 and in 18812; in New Westminster on Apr 22, 18913, in 19014 (the same place as his parents had been living in 1891) and in 19115; and at 511 Ninth Street, British Columbia on Jun 1, 19216.

He died on Feb 4, 1926 in New Westminster7,8 and was buried there at Fraser Cemetery after Feb 4, 19268.
