Henry Peters, the second cousin three-times-removed on the father's side of Nigel Horne, was born in New Brunswick, Canada on May 3, 18391,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10 andhad 4 children with Elizabeth A Cook: Selina, James Bedford, Capt. Albert Goodrich and Harrison Fletcher.

Throughout his life, Henry lived in several places: in Richibucto, Kent, New Brunswick in 18611 and in 18712 (the same place as his father had been living in 1861); in Kent, New Brunswick in 18813; in New Westminster, British Columbia, Canada in 18914; and in Richibucto, Kent, New Brunswick in 19018 (the same place as his mother had been living in 1871).

He died on Mar 6, 1920 in New Westminster6,9,11 and was buried at Fraser Cemetery, New Westminster, Greater Vancouver, British Columbia after Mar 6, 19209.
