Marion Horne, the third cousin once-removed on the father's side of Nigel Horne, was born in Harrow on the Hill, London, England c. Aug 19441. She married Kevin Povey (with whom she had 3 surviving children Debra A, Christina Ruth and Nicola Heidi) in Thanet, Kent, England in 1962.

She died in 2005 in Ramsgate, Kent.
